Something like Chai Roti in Erlangen also in the heart of the Ostalb in Aalen. Aalen has become one of the hot spots for foreigners and locals alike.
Although Indian cuisine has always been very popular in Europe and around the world and especially here in Germany due to a multicultural environment, it is very rare that we find authentic Indian street and city food.
That missing piece of the puzzle and the drive to do even better paved the way for the first authentic street food fusion restaurant in the form of the Chai Roti.
